  • Successful transactions between Travelers and Hosts.

11.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Getawayz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Getawayz harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your:
